UPDATE : Well it's been a roller-coaster, I've now found out that after getting through to the 3rd and final round of selection Brimham Rocks fell at the final hurdle. Ah well who knew it would get so far! I am dead chuffed, I didn't think I would even get past the digital stage and there's always next year
Brimham Rocks print (below) has made it through to the third stage of judging for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition!
For those of you who are not familiar with the event, The Royal Academy’s annual Summer Exhibition is the world’s largest open submission contemporary art show, last year there were over 10,000 entries received. The event is now in its 247th year, and showcases work by both emerging and established artists in all medias, including painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, architecture and film.
