It’s wonderful to be back at Saltaire Arts Trail at the Makers Fair, having grown up just above the village and it being the inspiration behind so many of my screen prints, it always means a lot to do this event.

The Makers Fair is held in Victoria Hall in a stunning building in the very heart of the village, and as usual there will also be the trail that includes open houses, demos, exhibitions and events. Saltaire Arts Trail is also open on Saturday but the Makers Fair is only Sunday and Monday.

The makers event will showcase over 70 makers from across the UK, “sharing their fresh, contemporary art, craft and design carefully chosen for their quality and originality”. For a full list of artists visit the website here.
